You are lead along all staircases guided by Darryl Nelson crafted solid copper railings resembling a branch with vines. The interior elements were consciously chosen kiln dried non-old-growth beams cut to the measurements of the forgotten era with columns that are through bolted. For continuity kitchen elements include a copper backsplash, marble topped island with a gnarled maple base and views of Cape Lookout, Cape Kiwanda & Proposal Rock. The southwest corner, framed with glass, opens to the dramatic cliff's edge of Cascade Head, where every glance frames a living masterpiece of the ocean waves. Rising from floor to vaulted ceiling, the local basalt stone fireplace is a monument of warmth and strength. Wander down the stairs to the private rooms, which descend in perfect harmony with the land's natural slope.
